Model selection is capability-aware

Model 0.2 is used for supported Lift + Cruise studies. Model 0.1 remains available only for legacy demonstrations and unsupported configurations; choosing a preference never bypasses validation.

Exports canonical designs, saved missions, revision metadata, active selections, and recovery records. It excludes preferences, simulation history, credentials, cloud data, and unsupported analysis records.
